ALLA 2006 Conference

Introduction

Southern Currents: Australian and New Zealand Law Librarians Conference 2006

Wednesday 27 September to Friday 29 September 2006

University of Melbourne Law School Pelham St, Carlton, VIC, Australia.

Southern Currents, the very first joint conference of the Australian and New Zealand law librarians' professional organisations, brought together colleagues and specialists from both of our countries to share their experience and knowledge. This was indeed a landmark event.

The ALLG and the NZLLA thank the organising committees from both associations and in particular the two convenors:

Anne Paton, New Zealand
Amanda Surrey, Australia
